this is a hard question because you can go into labor at anytime ! but I would say by 37w since they count that as full term and they probably won't try to stop it if you went into labor then.
I think with my first pregnancy I packed at 34 weeks. This time I wasn't going to til about now but they did pelvic exam at 35 weeks and I was already dilated so I went ahead and packed one then.
Bring what you think you would need to be comfortable after. They will provide pads, socks, and my hospital even provided the medical underwear and small travel size toiletries. I used my own but it was nice to know they had them.
