Why do L&D tell you if pains are getting stronger, more constant, and hurt me to come back.. but end…

Why do L&D tell you if pains are getting stronger, more constant, and hurt me to come back.. but end up sending me back home? It's ridiculous, yeah I know it's their rules and all but damn I hate going to hospitals and then getting sent back home an hour later. Like come on! Well at least I now know that I am dilating.. Just a centimeter though! So hopefully some good news comes soon. 😔
