my daughters went to school.. I'm free until 3:30 I'm worry more about my 2nd grader than my kindergartner. my oldest is autistic and ADHD I hope soon she can take the bus her school is almost 5 miles away.

good luck momma! sending good vibes that way! I can sympathize somewhat with you....I work with autistic adults and I love my job but you really got to know how to talk with them and communicate clearly. I'm sure your baby will be good though :)

@spudssmommie, no just the drive... I would never let me kids walk until they graduate high school.. lol that's just how protective I am.

My two oldest siblings (7&6) are both autistic. My sister has aspergers and my brother has moderate autism. He doesn't talk a lot and he isn't big on people but he takes his bus to school everyday! My mom made sure there was someone on the bus with them, like an aide sort of. There are days that he doesn't want to go on the bus though.
