pump pump pump never go to long or a whole day with out pumping make sure when he eats you pump have his dad feed him & you pump or if his dad isn't around feed get him nice & cozy & pump & drink lots of water, eat oatmeal& drink carrot juice

I don't pump but with my last baby I had a HUGE over supply I was pumping 9 Oz from each side every time I pumped & all I did was eat healthy drink lots of water no pop & eat oatmeal & drink carrot juice I was like those v8 juices that have vegetables in them but it was carrot mixed with fruits
