Yes! Anytime you buy anything, really, you need to wash it. Especially with fabrics, when they go through production, most are set with chemicals to prevent wrinkling, etc.

I have washed every single thing I have bought and I planned on washing the slipcover too but my boyfriend kept saying that it was fine I didn't need to worry about washing it so I just wanted to get some opinions to prove him wrong!
