im almost 20 weeks pregnant. i have already started to leak a little out of each boob which i did with my first around this time. but my question is has anyone elses nipples got very painful. like mine feel like needles are in them and i can tell my boobs are swealing but my boobs dont hurt just my nipples

This is my second and I'm almost 23 weeks and I've been leaking like my last one and my nips hurt! It sucks. lol

I haven't been leaking, but my nipples did hurt for awhile, especially when it was cold 😭
