what' foods do I give 4 month old. they say avocado sweet potato squash they say green beans are to stringy carrots shouldn't be introduced tell 7 months. he doesn't like sweet potato. so that leaves me with 2 veges ??

just go with veggies first and after awhile do fruits. i made that mistake with my daughter Now with most veggies she won't eat. cause I get her fruit first. but go with green beans and peas because those are the most bland flavors and he shouldnt gag with the sensory overload
