I'm getting really fustrated, way can't see just have babies in 9 weeks like cats.

I've been getting sharp pain on and of in my stomach and lower for the last phew days now I just saw a little bit of blood when I wiped nothing much. I had a scan 11 days ago baby had a strong heart beat. But im really not enjoying being pregnant.
