@anabezzy, did you do anything afterwards? I'm just trying to raise my chances of it working, I'm terrified of getting induced again. :/

no I was already at 5 cm but lots of speed walking helped I would take big steps it seemed to work better that's how I began contracting

okay I'll keep that in mind, I was 2 cm and thinning last Friday so maybe I'm at a 3 now and it will work for me @anabezzy

yup it should ! also a medicine ball helps but walking worked more for me 😊
