It was for me. My sinuses got bad when I was pregnant, and the headaches I'd get would be on the left side. I still get them today 😩 it could always be a stress/tension headache too.

@laura_love, oh okay thank you. :) I have an appt tomorrow so I'll mention it just in case. it finally went away
