who rocks there babies and waits tell they are asleep to move them to bed? how long to u wait. does…

I usually wait about 20 minutes before laying her down, then I watch her for another 10 or so to make sure she's going to stay asleep.

Try just feeding and laying him down in his bed, he should be old enough to self soothe so you can rest momma

like right now is his 1st nap he only slept 30 min bc I moved him and he woke up. so u nursed him in bed and he stayed awake. now he's blow ing bubbles and crap. ...

@alicia3_21 awwww 😕 try just laying him in his bed, he will cry a little but its soooo much easier once they get the hang of it. It takes a lot of patience though... try to lay him down and leave him there awake, leave him for like 2-3 minutes at a time and when you go back to check on him, dont pick him up just kind of rub his head, his little face... just to let him know you're still there, that you're not just leaving him alone forever cause babies are soooooo smart, but he has to know that you cant be at his hand and foot all the time cause they are sneaky and start taking advantage of mommy 😡 lol they are cute sneaky little people!!!! 😂😂

me. but trying to move her to her bed doesnt always work out well for me. lol so normally i hold her and we sleep together. but if it works i wait about 30 minutes.

I put my son on my chest and rock back and forth. knocks him right out. then I lay back on the bed and the turn to my side and gently lay him down. .. put pillows on his side's.. and he stays sleeping..

takes about 5-10 min to put him to sleep. . he sleeps for about 2-3 hours at a time

well I may try that manual rocking ! But for today it worked!! Hes asleep!!! even my brother came over and the dogs started barking and he woke up. i about killed every one. but I nursed him again and he fell asleep. I haven't left yet I'm gonna wait a good 20 min. it took about 30 min to get him to sleep. he nursed cried then nursed again. @mssjudyk @juliagail09 @alicia91

I pat or rock my baby to sleep and it always works. I move her to the bed whenever my arms get tired after she's asleep
