OK ladies I need advice....I'm 37 weeks and I'm starting to stress over how I'm going to get bills caught up and keep them caught up when I'm on maturity leave....me and my son's father aren't together....do u think I should ask him for money?? he hasn't been around the last 5 months....I'm stressing pretty bad right now yall

He is absolutely responsible for your child as well and should be giving you money every month. If he declines then let the court tell him to do it!

Yes I would ask and still take him to court. If he hasn't been there all this time he still might not be there after the baby is born. Those things can take a while so I would start the paper work ASAP. GL.
