Good Morning Ladies!! Well slept like crap and Im still sleepy!! Ok ladies any suggestions on how to get this swelling down...mind u ive propped my feet even at work...been drinking lots of water...i would go for a walk in the evening but it never fails to rain here and they hurt so walking around too much is painful...ugh the struggle!
