How soon after her umbilical cord falls off can I give her a tub bath?

My sons fell off in the afternoon cleaned it and was in the bath tub that night with no issues

yeah, I would. just because if it is open or has a little infection it might get irritated.

It's recommended you wait till it's completely healed. after my son's fell off it took his about a week to heal.
