Membrane strip experiences!???!

I got it done at 38 weeks... didn't work to me... went in labor at 39 weeks

Does it hurt? What's the procedure @sexii_diiva

@princess_aalaya it's sooooo uncomfortable.. he just takes his finger and shove it in your cervix.. and he is moving the finger from left to right.. I did not like it what so ever. it reminds you of when you getting a pap and they put that tool In your cervix and you Starr feeling cramps

Didn't hurt for me just a little uncomfortable but it did not work whatsoever.

My dr did it on my 40 week mark i left the drs with in a hour my water broke still went on the pit but had him within 24hr of it happening

Ohhhhhh i think i had that done at my last appt. My dr sticked about 3 fingers inside moving it from side to side and she said baby is head down, it did hurt and was really uncomfortable could that be the same thing? @sexii_diiva @queendavis

maybe.. I'm not sure. she may have been checking to see if you're dilated because that's uncomfortable too.but they usually tell you if they doing a sweep and by you being 36 weeks I doubt it they supposed to do it closer to 40 weeks
