@drewmarie, @danamarie I literally got out of bed and started doing squats and exercising Pregnant 😂😂😂 like refuse.... I don't see how anyone can live like that ... I'm a pretty thick girl but I have to work out I could never be bed bound

yes! it's sad but I love seeing the ones who succeed in turning their life around.

@wildflower16, I agree once they get the weight off I be happy to see them live life again

yes! this probably sounds bad but sometimes I work out while watching it. it's a hell of a motivation starter! lol

I watch it sometimes, definitely makes me not want to ever eat again😂😂 I just hate that they lie all the time. The doctor asks what they ate that day and their like wheat thins and a grilled chicken sandwich... Like no. Lies. Haha

Lol - well any motivation is good @jenkobe8348 . But I do hate seeing the ones who are lying to the doc and really only themselves. Especially the ones with kids. The one lady who had the surgery and didn't lose any weight didn't get to see her 6 year old graduate- so sad.

@danamarie, Yes that was super sad.... Because there kids are suffering
