How can I know how much my baby weighs and if she's even growing right I'm 30 weeks I asked my doctor today & she said in order to see how much she weigh and how she's growing they would have to order a ultrasound & she said they rarely do that so wtf I'm confused how do they know she's ok what if she's not growing im a ftm.

As long as her heartbeat sounds good on the doppler and your uterus is measuring appropriately they don't always do a later ultrasound. With my first (and for my now second!) I only had one at 12 weeks and will have one at 20. Hope this helps?

They can usually tell at your 20 week anatomy scan if their is reason to believe baby isn't growing right ! If your measurements were right where they should be for baby that gestational age they won't order another ultrasound until your closer to delivery . They found at my 20 week I had MCI and he is IGUR , so that lead to more ultrasounds !
