Went to the doctor yesterday for a weekly weight check. Marilynn is finally above birth weight but this doctor complained it's not enough and just didn't care for her. Marilynn has started sleeping through the night 6 hours at a time. She's full and a happy baby during the day. She's gaining weight so I'm a happy mama. Can't wait for my normal doctor back!

doesn't matter how much, just as long as they gain weight! moving forward is all that matters.. my son gained a good amount of weight, my milk supply has been generous to us.

I'm having to supplement every six hours @mssjudyk and it breaks my heart. I supply tons of milk she just burns calories so fast she needs a little extra help. She's come so far I'm so proud of her. She went from supplementing every feeding every two hours to sleeping at night and every six hours supplements between normal feeds. Every little oz counts!

awww poor thing.. I feed my son on demand... even if it's every half hour... if my boobs are milkless I met him cry for about 3-5 min and half hour later I'm good to go lol. I was so paranoid about him not gaining weight... I've been on top of my vitamins and water intake... ,
breastfeeding is definitely hard lol
Also, great job momma she's blessed to have someone like you as a mother.

Thank you @mssjudyk I needed that! I feed her as much as she wants but yes it can be rough. I love breastfeeding but yes sometimes it can get a bit overwhelming.
