You have to be really focused and calm! I did it after my baby shower at 38 weeks hahaha

Hahaha I was too! You know worked? I relaxed a bit about when he would come, and told him everything I've loved about being pregnant, and helped him envision how ready I was by describing his room , and clothes, and such. It worked! Literally the next night I was in active labor! Babies can sense when it's the right time to come! There's a ton of research on it

I've been doing alot of walking as well.

Yesss that's what they feel like but 1000 times worse as they get stronger!

I'm wondering the same ... ive been having pretty bad cramps all day, especially while sitting up and walking
