First the sperm will fertilize the egg. That is called conception! Then the fertilized egg will begin it's journey through the FT and find it's way to the uterus where it will begin to implant itself. That is implantation. Lol @lil_aubrey

Conception is when the egg is successfully fertilized. Implantation is when the fertilized egg attaches to your uterus.
