I shook a little bit, but that was from when I was bearing down trying to push and I was pulling the bar really hard so I was shaking from the tension in my body.

you had a bar? like the side rails or a bar over you? and i was just laying there and then all of a sundden i got the shakes bad looked like i was having a seizure!

I was shaking around 5cm lol shit hurt.

Yeah they pulled it down so I could pull on it to help me push :) I was pulling so hard that for the week after my left arm (the one I was doing the pulling with) was sore! Well, I thought that was why it was sore anyways lol I totally forgot they gave me the TDAP shot in that arm (the real reason for the soreness), but it made sense!

If you had an epidural that's where the shakes come from.
