Well since you don't have one then I'm sure they'll just have to see you. Do you have an expired ID you can use or anything with your name or picture? They may want another proof of identification like your social security card.

Yes you should be able to. I sometimes don't have my insurance card and just use a pic of it I have on my phone. I've also used a text from my husband that just had the insurance card numbers.

I'm sure I would cal and let them know. And bring it in when you can. The insurance card should be fine cause you have the numbers to it. Only thing not so sure about is IDa
