My jaw is seriously hanging, I cannot believe how incredible this shot is, easily one of the most powerful birth images I've ever seeing, This mom here pushed for 3 hours and it was suggested she might need a csection, she sat on the toilet for 10 minutes in the dark and her body felt comfortable enough to relax and let this happen... God is amazing!!
