private gender scans are from 16 weeks + but the nub of the baby can still change into a winky from then so that's why I wouldn't recommend getting one. I'd wait till you was 20 weeks as desperate as you are to find out. I'd be peed off if they told me the wrong sex. Xx

They don't usually recommend before 16 weeks so they're more accurate with it xx

Not sure but I know some well my hospital that I'm at can tell you at your 12week scan they did with me xx
