Does anyone else get heart palpitations and go really shaky and dizzy? is this normal?

I do babe .. my midwife said it normal :/ but its not very nice i know xx

Yeah i was like that yesterday..just had a bad feeling about something and was really panicky..i think im just so anxious for the baby to come that im starting to panick..xx

I'm a nervous wreck as it is but when I'm pregnant I am a mess. I'm such a worrier and I panick all the time about anything and everything! I think my worst fear is baby coming early and now I'm getting braxton hicks which I didn't have with my first. I just keep thinking the worst case scenarios😔 aha what we like eh @elisabetesantos xx

I get them bad hun, I have anxiety too so they can actually set my anxiety attacks off... I go very dizzy and feel faint when i get them.. it gets to a point where I have to lay down, feels like my heart is going to jump right out and it makes me incredibly nauseous... it is normal so don't worry too much, being nervous won't be helping, just try to stay as relaxed as you can :) if it's really bothering you try a cool shower (I prefer) or warm bath with some good music on, a cuppa and some chocolate xx

I suffer from anxiety & panic attacks also & I feel exactly as you said. I have to either sit or lie down. Even in town. I have to sit down on the floor in a shop looking like a right plonker! I am trying my best to stay relaxed☺ & I have found a bath really helps me & I'm always eating chocolate aha @lovingourlittles xx

It sucks but I suppose it will all be worth it in the end ☺ hope it gets better for you! the things we go through for the little people we love!! xx
