Sorry TMI but I need some help,

Yesterday I made some Ceviche "I always boil the fish before adding it to the lemon to make sure it's fully cooked" I ate with my hubby and everything was fine he left to work and when he came home we had sex and still everything was fine we went to bed around 12 and woke up like at 2 throwing up my guts, it was so bad I was trying to breath and couldn't because I would start to throw up again, I started to cry because my head felt like it was on fire my husband was freaking out trying to take me to the hospital but I didn't want to because I didn't think it was a big deal. Has this happened to anyone I feel better now just drained:/
