It could very possibly be back labor!! If its too much pain, I would go to the ER!!!!

Try drinking water, taking a warm bath/shower, changing positions/walking around it usually help with my back pain. if that don't help then i would go in

I tried to walk but it was 2 painful, im laying in bed to see if that helps @threekings101415
