Yes but to a certain point. When my baby was a newborn I didn't let him cry, but a few months later you start realizing when your baby is crying because he needs something and when they just cry because they can't see you or something. My 7 month old cries whenever I leave his sight but unfortulately I can't be beside him all day since I have other things to do, I have to clean, I have to cook, etc so I let him cry a bit, not to the point where hes red or histerical but he usually just whines a few minutes then hes fine. It just depends 😊

@alicia91, right I understand that I just feel like because I'm going to be a stay at home mom with the help of my mom my baby shouldn't be crying especially if he needs something

In my opinion for the first 3 months you should definitely spoil the hell out of your child. The first three months is known as the "fourth trimester" because the baby really needs you and is adapting to the new world around him and just needs their mama! I was at my son's beck and call til around 7/8 months, then that's when I started letting him figure things out more on his own and not rushing to every cry unless I knew he really needed me. Now he's 16 months and cries sometimes for no reason or just throws fits, and that's when I'm like okay dude no ✋🏼 lol every parent is different but I agree with u! You can't spoil a baby :)

@maria_angellucianos_mom, That's exactly right! I love being the only one that can soothe my baby boy, yes he may be spoiled ;) But I love it!! I read an article on something like this, it said to leave the baby and let them cry for so long, I was like what the heck?!?!?

@no3lastone4me, YES like Im strictly becoming a stay at home mom to be able to tend to thoes every needs and Cry's

@queendavis i agree about the first 3 months . i had a friend ask me do he cry when i put my son down and im like yes sometimes and she was like yep he spoiled and im like but he's only 3 weeks (at the time she asked) and she was like i would let him cry and i said well im not he's only 3weeks and getting use to me and his surroundings
