she said the shots helped a lot. If its bad enough they go in and do something with the tendon that runs along the bottom of your foot. I dont really know a lot about it tho
@amber.s95 omg thank you so much for answering!! Im gonna ask my doctor about maybe some shots, they told me to roll a frozen water bottle under it and a few things and to rest but with 2 kids I cant sit down and rest all day 😣 thank you so much!!

my mom has it and they gave her cortisone shots in her foot for it. eventually she will have to have surgery for it
