I can't remember the hospital I was at they give it to me. After I have my son I'ma get the waist trainer they work wonders on my sister

I did gurtles just to not have that muffin top. I always heard baby fat is the hardest to get rid of so I literally wore it day and night lol altho my stomach was flat... But do wear something. And what waist trainer did she use @alana0810
