yesterday Sophia took two naps 12-130 then 5-6ish honestly she was kinda cranky (I did try putting her for more naps she refused) anyways she only woke up twice last night compared to the usual 6-7 times (and she's still asleep at 8am she usually wakes up at like 6am) omg I feel pretty great!
