Hello ladies! I know I posted before about food- deli meats I know is a no go but can I eat deli chicken or roast beef?…

I been eating deli meat. My dr said to just avoid like bologna and salami. She says if it looks like it's gonna make u sick don't eat it

I ate deli meat and never had a problem. I made sure it was fresh and didn't eat tons of it

I ate deli meat throughout my whole pregnancy. Had no problems. I didn't eat it everyday.. But I couldn't live without my ham sandwiches. Lol

i still eat some occasionally lol if u cook it especially its not bad for u. like make a panini or slider or something.

Yea, make a nice hot sub with melted cheese on it. Ha yummy

I think all you have to do is warm the deli meat up.

I eat Fire House Subs from time to time because they steam there meat to 120 degrees. And they are amazing

@jomommaclark, what she said. You can eat them as long as you heat them up (microwave) until they are steaming. Heat kills any potential listeria-causing bacteria.
