Good Morning! Calling all BREASTFEEDING MOMS!!!! Ok wow breastfeeding is hard work 😓 what are some suggestions or things that have worked for y'all? Do you have to breastfeed every 2-3hrs??? My baby doesn't get hungry that often and it's hard to get her to wake up to feed! ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOMED! THANKS 😘❤️

@steph11 thank you for the encouraging words. She feeds every 3-4hrs and has regular pee/poo diapers like 4 of each a day!

don't eat junk food it makes their tummy all messed up you pretty much have to be on a health kick kind of diet which I'm saying all this and i don't do It and my daughter gets uncomfortable every time so i keep her on formula

just feed on demand it's so much easier. during the day I feed my 9 week old about every 1.5 to 2 hours sometimes longer than at night she sleep 7 hours usually. once baby gets back up to birth weight you can let her sleep longer at night vrs waking up. I had to wake Sadie up every 2 hours to eat for 2 weeks due to jaundice then she slept through the night

when you get home lots of snacks are needed and LOTS OF water to keep hydrated because feedings drain you

how old is your baby. the first 24hrs is hard to get them to eat but they'll eat when hungry so don't best yourself and enjoy the time off. ask the nurses for nipple cream because the next few days you sing be able to keep them off and it's normal. no matter how good of a latch you have you'll be sore a little. experiment with different positions to feed. and don't listen to the nurses telling you she feeds too much or not enough because your child tells you if she/he is hungry
