Careful with peppermint oil, it is not advisable to use during the first trimester but if you do use it apply it with a carrier oil like coconut oil or organic olive oil or rapeseed oil. Don't use more than a drop or two peppermint is very potent.
And two drops is the perfect amount on your wrist and lasts hours as long as it isn't pure peppermint oil you are fine. The blue oil has something in it to make the peppermint oil not as potent

Real peppermint oil. Put it on your wrist and the smell helps with nausea.

Aveda has blue oil. It's good for headaches as well and I used it at work and I'm fine and it's 100% organic
