feeling very bad . :(

what is wrong

sorry i fell asleep...i just feeling i havent ne willpower and im hurting my poor baby. newly diagnosed diabetic...and i have a food addiction that rears its ugly head ...and im struggling. plus yesterday i minorly cheated i was at my sisters and she and my other sister gave me a talking down for not taking better care. i had small side of beans and cheese with two tortillas and a winnie with eggs scrambled witth tomato and onion...but this was after puking my peach for breakfast five hours before...i couldnt sleep or eat well so it was basically my breakfast and lunch rolled into one meal. its just im puky and depressed and thats making it hard to eat right. or to eat at all. im pretty lonely and had to vent thanks for listening.
