So my family has a tradition since my grandma had my mother. My grandma had made clothes to bring her home in and so my mom, aunt, me, sister, plus our cousins were brought home in them as a bringing home baby outfit. I think they're very girly because there is only 1 boy that came in them.... I dont know if I should just deal with it and bring him home in them and get iver it for the "tradition" or just say no.... My mom wants me to at least put them under his clothes but its hot as hell in Sacramento so there is no way that could happen... Ugh what do you all think? Theyre just older and yellowish and rainbow fade print. With designs. For a girl theyre kinda cute but a boy I just feel like they're not cute and I wanna have him come home adorable lol. I know he'd pull off watever we put him in but I don't think ai like them all that much. They have meaning to everyone but Idk... Help ladies

Why not just follow tradition? Itd mean so much to your family! Gender stereotypes are too real these days... He's a little boy and he'll stay a little boy no matter what you put him in.

hecka off topic but what hospital are you going to be delivering at! I'm going to be delivering at UC DAVIS. I love the birthing suite's.

yea they don't have that there,the only thing I hate about the labor part is they want you to be confined to the bed and I'd rather walk around a bit. they want the baby on the monitor the whole time.And most of my friends delivered at kaiser roseville and they loved it. A laboring tub sounds really relaxing.

@ilovemyfamily, As long as you dont use an epideral your free to move around the room and walk all over. Im trying to go all natural so I will be able to. I really want a tub though just to ease some of the pain naturally
