has anyone tried baking soda water for heartburn?

never heard of that but milk would work fast for me

I tried milk and it definitely helped but 5 minutes later it was back! I'm running out of ideas lol I'm gonna try the baking soda I'll let you know if it helps @jackee856

My doctor told me to use baking soda, and to use liquid antacids. I hope it works for you. I have the worst heartburn and baking soda is the best fix for me :) @bbyenolan22 oh and I put three pinches of baking soda in a shot glass of water...

I tried zantac and it worked but I feel like it stopped working for me idk why. pepcid didn't work at all. I haven't tried any liquids recently I'll have to try again thank you! @desiduke2413

I have tried the baking soda water it took the edge off slightly....but PLEASE BE CAREFUL what they dont tell u is to make sure all the baking soda is dissolved first (not cloudy at all!!) made that mistake and I had both ends on the toilet :(
