Had a ham sandwich from Subway. Hopefully baby is ohkay.

I ate subway so many times while I was pregnant. My baby was fine. But I also always had mine toasted.

I'm sure it's fine. I ate sandwiches at home and he was still okay. Don't worry. @lovebuggg2016 if you're really worried call your doctor but I think at okay every once in awhile.

Do you have Ovia pregnancy app? It has a list of foods and all that stuff that it's okay to have and how much of it. It was a life saver!

the whole lunch meat thing is a little over exaggerated. if it has listeria you're gonna be in trouble even if you're not pregnant.

@heykaidensmom, I did but got irritated and deleted it one day. I just know my nurse stressed about not eating it unless it was heated. I only at a 6 in instead of a foot long anyway. But I think I'll be alright!

@georgiamay, I agree but with my previous miscarriage every littler thing scares me. My whole family smokes and I'm around it 24/7 and I feel so guilty about that. Plus, I'm worried because it increases my baby girls chance of crib death and sids. It's super scary. :/
