Stressing a bit too much. Was told I have to do the nonstress test twice a week until birth .... WHY! 😔😒

What do you have to do? That seems excessive.

Are you high risk? I had to do it twice a week...good thing about it is I got to listen to baby's heartbeat for a half hour.

It's an hour test to track baby's movements , heart rate and my contractions. Just to make sure baby is doing ok and there's no problems with the placenta.

Mes kawho, I'm not high risk. Well I wasn't told that I was. The problem was that The amniotic fluid is on the low end of normal

Ok then yes they will keep an eye on you if it's low just to make sure baby is doing good. maybe they will only have you do it until the level goes back up. I didn't mind going twice a week even tho I had to drive 40 minutes lol it gave me peace of mind hearing her.

that's something to be grateful for because they spend more time listening and letting u listen to baby. you'll b fine girl
