Rant: my mother is an extremely self-centered person who constantly plays the victim. My grandma is severely ill, possibly fatal, and she told her she hopes she died a slow and agonizing death. I'm the only one in the family talking to my mom, but I'm getting increasingly agitated with her, she says she's worried about grandma but it feels very fake to me. She said she needed to tell my grandmother how she felt...my question is: why? You're 50, get over whatever mommy issues you have when you were younger. But, she was getting more attention than her so she had to play the victim. And then pushed it too far.
Now, she's all offended because my daughters middle name is for my mother in law. It means a lot to my husband and I love the name and my MIL so I supported it. But, she says it was a big "f you" and a slap in the face. Again, she's making it about her!!! If the baby was a boy he'd have been (middle) named for my grandpa, and my FIL was perfectly fine and understanding...bc he's a normal person! Ugh idk how much more of her bile I can take, and I don't know what to do. I feel she has a right to get granddaughter but I don't know if I want her around her...at least not that much. Ugh.

❤❤💔💔Just got a phone call my grandma is in the hospital (my mothers mom) she has been calling my name, I have no way to see her.. 😢😢 Her kidneys shut down, she's dehydrated, losing weight, confused, and won't eat. she has lung cancer and another kind of cancer (forget the name) I pray she be ok. Worse News I Could Get For Tonight. But I Know God is Watching Over Her.❤❤💔💔

My Grandmother wants me to name my daughter Christina...I have a little cousin named Christina that is named that bc of my grandma. It's my grandmother's middle name. She was sad when I told her no, she needs her own name and EVERYONE can't be named Christina. 😐
