Feels good to be back in my kitchen after vacation ☺️ Tonight I made this awesome dinner for my hubby and I (and PendingMick). Broiled fresh Atlantic salmon topped with mustard, pepper, and chopped pepitas. Served with big broiled portobello mushroom stuffed with balsamic & garlic marinated asparagus and pepper jack cheese. Some fresh scallions to top it all off 😍😍😍😍
