So I mentioned to my boyfriend's mom and step dad how I plan on having a natural labor and they proceeded to tell me how I wouldn't be able to do it and that I'm going to ask for the epidural and how I'm basically pushing a watermelon out of a tiny hole, blah blah. They also said how it's one of the closest things to death. Like why can't y'all be supportive and tell me I can do it? If it puts too much stress on me and the baby, then I'll get the epidural. But jeez.

@_akgirl, for all I know, I might end up getting an epidural! It's just a plan you know? Not everyone follows through with their plans. @mommy122015 its something I want to do, because I'm scared to get an epidural because I don't want to get paralyzed, you know? But no one knows if I'm going to change my mind. Which, I probably will lol. But there's nothing wrong with going natural or getting pain meds. labor is labor.

Just know it hurts bad like horrible to the point where I forgot what it feels like cuz my body doesn't want to remember it. But if you have a supportive husband then it will be good. Tel him though he has to be strong for the both of you when it comes to going natural . I could not have done it without my husband . You can do it girl

@edomke, he's supportive, but he doesn't want me to do it because he said he doesn't want me to freak out or die. So idk.. @sassymccrum exactly! I'm just like, we're two different people.. you don't know if I'll be able to do it or not. my labor isn't going to be like your labor. 😒

That same thing scared me too @ngujen!!! I hear a lot of bad stories about the epidural causing permanent damage...I really wish I could have the nerve to do it naturally😔 but like you said, labor is labor and either way the result is amazing! Don't let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn't do it.

@mommy122015, and my spine is crooked! I don't want them to have to redo it so many times. 😞 I was scared to do it naturally too, but I feel like that would be better, but who knows! Might end up getting pain meds haha
