I have officially realized why I HATE the "what to expect" app.. The women on there are so bitchy…

So true. And I hate the set up of that app. Not at all user friendly.

Nope & it has rules about no bashing or saying mean stuff but yet it happens in every post I see. No one does anything about it so why even make rules lol @kmally

@cryssibug, they can be a suffocation hazard. But a lot of moms still chose to use them. Someone could have mentioned it nicely but people in that app attack. Like big time. And there's no admin looking out for it like there is here.

Apparently it causes SIDS and decreases the oxygen in the crib.. I never heard of this but there's so many "things" that can cause SIDS. I feel like you can't win @cryssibug

I can't tell you how many people kept throwing the statistics in her face. She was nice about it and said thanks for the info but she was still gonna use them.. Nope those women continued to attack her @kmally

There really are. All you can do is research and make the choice you want to make. No matter what you choose about ANYTHING someone will tell you you're wrong :( so sad.

@dollfacenanii, I agree. I don't mind if one or two people would give me advice because there's thing I'm sure I'm not aware of. Again ftm here but to seriously have people say stuff over and over then just keep being even more mean about it is ridiculous to me

I just saw a post like that from my WTE group. I've been using that app less and less since being here. For reasons like this. I have decided to use the mesh bumper for my babu as I had with my older children. And just bcuz someone tells me not to doesn't mean I won't. My baby won't sleep in his crib and way until many months down the line. They are the same way when it comes to circumcision. Lord please don't ever start that convo there.

@caseclosed2015, i am using one also but like you, my daughter won't even sleep in it for awhile. She has a bassinet for our room. Thank god I don't have a boy because I wouldn't want to have that conversation with anyone! Lol but I've had people bash me on WTE because I want to get my daughters ears pierced. The women were saying that's abuse

OMG really abuse??? People and their opinions. My daughters all had their ears pierced by 3 months. They don't even remember it. I have posted their about circumcision and of course the claws came out I'm a very strong minded person. I was sure to let them know that I wasn't asking for you to help me decide what u have to say is of no relevance to me.

@caseclosed2015, lol yes!! I was like seriously abuse?! I got mine done when I was a baby so I wanted to get hers done also. I don't see a harm in it when they won't remember it. Also when their babies they won't touch them as much as if they are older. I always tell people to do what they think is best. Good thing you're a strong person! Stay that way :)

yes ma'am get your little girls ears pierced if you want to. She's your baby.
