do you have one of those big exercise balls? I got one 4 days ago and I bounce on it and do like figure 8s and rock back and fourth , side to side throughout the day for about 3 hours and I know I'm making progress. he's definitely lower. I have been trying everything else they say like dancing, squatting, spicy food, walking, nipple stimulation. sex. nome of that has worked for me .
