Boyfriend was getting mad at me bout something. I started crying n then I started coughing hard…

I have that problem....I get to coughing and start to vomit....try to keep your coughs under control and hold ur breath then breath slowly in and out your nose.....its just because your esophagus end that connects to your stomach ( sorry idk what its called) is softer which is why we get heartburn really bad/east to.....just remember breath slowly in and out ur nose....it helps I promise

it happens to me

Sounds pretty normal to me. It's happened to my son before when he cries really hard during a big tantrum, he cried so hard it makes him start to couch real bad and he ends up gagging and vomiting. :(
