stimulate your nipples first. hand express a little then rub some on your nipple and kind of pull on it to form it a bit.

A very tiny bit. When I had my son I would pump a little to get them all large and stuff but he wasn't having it. My mom has flat nips and said she got my little brother to latch on my just squeezing some milk onto his mouth and he latch.

@tae23, I would pump and they would plump up lol. But he hated it and the consultants really pushed for the shield but that didn't help with producing milk:(

I had the same problem 😩 and I'm determined to breastfeed with baby on the way too!! I didn't even know nipple shields existed🙊

@abella1023, the nipple shields are helpful but they don't help with production so you have to pump and it's so tedious!

They are called inverted nipples! Lol I have them too!

They are so embarrassing, I wish I had normal boobs! My boyfriend says he likes them but I'm convinced he's trying to be nice. I've been worried about breast feeding too. :/

I used to pump for like 30 mins and all I would make was like 2oz that should would finish in like 40 seconds. Song gave up fast too 😢

@lovebuggg2016, I thought my books were the normal boobs until I had my son lol. I though women with normal nipples were the weird ones! Hahahah. @abella1023 I made a ton of milk but it was so hard to keep up with pump in that I got an infection twice and the second time the meds made me dry up

@lovebuggg2016, lol no don't be scared!! I'm just a procrastinator and I put it off a lot cause "it wasn't that bad" so it was my fault! Just make sure you have lots of support while breastfeeding because I didn't which is why I got discouraged.

@lovebuggg2016, @arielmarietalks Inverted nipples does sound horrible ugh! I hate them! I was so conscious about them I got them pierced so I would have normal nipples lol unfortunately can't keep them pierced for breastfeeding ughh because the piercings really help.

Mine are flat unless I'm turned on or cold. And the don't stick out that far when i am. I hate them too. Sooo embarrassing! @abella1023
