You know how if someone consents to safe sex and that person purposely slips off the condom without telling them or hides it (acts like they're wearing one and the other person doesn't know) it's technically rape since they were consenting to safe sex but not not-safe sex. I feel like it's the same thing. The person is consenting to recreational sex, NOT having a baby. And I'm pretty sure it's illegal. If that were mentioned in court I know the tables turn real quick.

And I'm sorry if that sounds harsh and judgemental, but it is. It's different from just having an opinion that's not the same. It's taking a piece of someone's body without consent and that's illegal and messed up. I can't get on board with that. There are many ways to conceive and many people who would sign a paper helping you conceive and giving up all parental rights.

Thays what I'm thinking to... if the SO isn't ready for children and had explicitly said that then hoping and trying for a pregnancy is almost like entrapment... that's how i feel as well... If she wants a baby go find a sperm donor.. then it's all on her and consensual...@morgans_mommie,

No, anyone taking the risk having sex needs to understand the consequences there is a failure rate with any birth control method there is no 100% safe sex. No judge would order anything in court no is it illegal to conceive if sex was mutual be it safe or not the only time the law would intervene in sexual affairs that are conceptual is if one had an STD and did not fully divulge this information and even then if any drinking or recreational drugs were involved there is little the court can do. If you do not want to have a child then do not have sex, that being said i do not agree with a woman intentionally trying to have a child with someone who doesn't want one only because that child will suffer i believe it is selfish to intentionally bring a child into this world knowing one parent might not love or accept it.
