why do i have to drink so many water before my ultrasound!? It's annoying & i can't hold it in

I know it so annoying and painful to hold in so much pee lol. Then when I go in the lady goes Ooo your bladder is full of water like really?! Lol

you don't have to. when you are early in your pregnancy it makes it easier to see because your bladder pushes on your uterus bit after like 25 weeks the baby's big enough. I had a level 2 that I had to drink x amount and I did had to go so bad they end up making me wait like a half hour and I ended up being in the bathroom when they called my name

Omg right! I have one glass and 5 minutes later im rushing to the bathroom the pressure is SO bad sometimes i feel like its labor 😂😂😂💁🏻

My ultrasound technician always makes me empty my bladder before an ultrasound... It's crazy how they make y'all hold your pee for so long
