How many people does it take to bring a vacuum upstairs!! It shouldn't be clanging against every stair, it's not that big and there are 2 of you!!! I could do that myself with my two kids and I'm pregnant. I'm so glad these neighbors are moving!! I can not take them stomping, having arguments outside late at night, and flat out annoying!
