What's a normal amount of people to invite/come to a baby shower? My mom has a list of 20 but I doubt everyone will show. It's all girls, no husbands

Lol well just make sure you make contact with each person personally. should help. I invited about 150 on fb. 30 have rsvp yes. we have a lot of out of town/state peeps I still invited bc they might want to send a card or gift.
